BUSINESS ANALYST
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, analyze, and negotiate business and system requirements.
- Elicit and document functional specifications, business workflows, and use cases with clarity and precision.
- Facilitate workshops, user training sessions, and walkthroughs for business and technical teams.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to validate solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain traceability of business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage change requests and support impact analysis, client centric documentation, and version control.
- Support the product development cycle through effective backlog grooming and prioritization.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a BA with a proven client facing experience in a global setting (Knowledge in Serialization and Pharma industries would be an advantage).
- A bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written communication.
- Presentation and demonstration skills.
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
