LEGAL ASSISTANT

We are looking for young, competent, and committed individuals to play a dynamic role in the Legal field. As a Legal Assistant, you will be joining an international organization, gaining experience & opportunity to progress your career in the Legal sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drafting letters, documents, and forms.
  • Printing of contracts and letters.
  • Digitizing signed contracts and other documents.
  • Daily diary management and putting important key dates and diarizing important actions.
  • Arranging appointments, meetings, and booking for clients and colleagues.
  • Being a point of contact and able to answer queries on behalf of clients.
  • Assist clients with updates/ progress on their cases.
  • Produce and email client invoices.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Previous 1-to-2-year experience as a legal assistant in a corporate environment is advantageous.
  • Hold an academic or professional qualification in law or company.
  • Proven experience in managing client-facing tasks and priorities.
  • Effective communicator with a high standard of client service approach.
  • Taking responsibility for your own work.
  • Strong attention to detail and well-organized.
  • An aptitude for managing multiple priorities and producing documents.
  • Computer literacy. (Proficiency in MS Office, Email &, etc.)
  • Fluency in English.
  • Flexible with UK working hours.
