Job Opening: Production Executive

Since 2004, Dinusha Embroidery has been a leading provider of high-quality embroidery solutions in Sri Lanka. We specialize in embroidery subcontract work, partnering with some of the country’s top export manufacturers in the clothing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage daily embroidery production operations
- Coordinate between design, punching, quality control, and machine
- Ensure on-time delivery of customer orders with high quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Identify process improvements and implement cost-effective solutions
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the embroidery field
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or executive-level production role
- Strong planning, communication, and team coordination skills
- Proficiency in embroidery production processes, machinery, and workflow systems
- Hands-on experience with embroidery punching software (Wilcom or similar)
- Good technical knowledge of embroidery machines and their operation
