Human Resource Executive

Requirement

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations within the private sector
• PQHRM from a reputed institute or equivalent qualification in Human Resource Management
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems
• Strong command of English (written and spoken)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team

EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS IS ESSENTIAL

• Recruitment and onboarding
• Employee records management and HR database handling
• Payroll processing and benefits administration
• Handling EPF, ETF, time & attendance
• Coordinating training sessions and internal HR events
