Front Office Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage incoming calls and redirect them appropriately
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages

Requirements:

  • Knowledge in Taurus Software is a requirement and MS Office
  • Proven 05 years experience as a Front Office Executive in a reputed hotel/resort.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work day shift and night shift is required
