Sous Chef

We are currently looking to recruit a dynamic, result oriented and highly motivated individuals for the position of Sous Chef at our luxury villa property in Tangalle.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a luxury resort or luxury boutique hotel.
  • Qualification in the Fine Culinary Arts from a recognized institute.
  • Extensive knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and flavor profiles.
  • Attention to detail to ensure the highest quality in food preparation, plating, and presentation.
  • The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to contribute to menu development and presentation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
