Sales Coordinator
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handling sales orders by phone, email or social media.
- Processing the orders via the ERP system and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Collaborating with other departments as necessary.
- Maintaining filing systems for sales records, prepare reports, and provide sales information to the sales department.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Age should be below 35 years.
- Fluent in spoken English. Fluency in Sinhala & Tamil is a plus point.
- A pleasant personality with leadership skills, ability to work in a team environment and self-motivated to achieve targets.
- Computer literacy with an ability to improve ERP System.
