Overview of the role

The IT executive is responsible for supporting and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth and secure operation of systems, networks, and software applications. You’ll play a key role in day-to-day tech operations, helping end users with technical problems, and contributing to IT projects that drive business efficiency and innovation.

What you will do

• Provide technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT services.
• Assist in the implementation of new technology solutions and upgrades.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets, software licenses, and user access controls.
• Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and security protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve tech-related challenges.

What equips you for the role

• A degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar IT support or systems role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and basic networking concepts.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
