Purchasing Officer – Matara

Key Responsibilities

• Source, Evaluate and Negotiate with suppliers for construction materials & Services.
• Issue purchasing orders and track deliveries with the construction site.
• Help process invoices and work with the finance to ensure payments are made.
• Update, monitor, and manage records for the assets register and materials inventory.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years procurement experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• GCE A/L qualification along with a professional qualification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
