VACANCY
CALL CENTER AGENT
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Make outbound calls for promotions, follow-ups, and surveys
- Maintain customer records and update information in systems
- Resolve customer issues or escalate when necessary
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets
Requirements:
- GCE O/L or A/L
- Good verbal communication in Sinhala (English/Tamil an advantage)
- Basic computer literacy
- Previous call center experience is an advantage
- Female candidates are preferred
- Salary: Salary Negotiable based on experience
CALL CENTER MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the call center team, including scheduling and supervision
- Monitor call quality, KPIs, and team performance
- Train and motivate agents to meet targets and improve service
- Generate performance and activity reports for management
- Improve call scripts, workflows, and customer engagement processes
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a call center supervisory or management role
- Knowledge of CRM systems and call center software
- Good command of Sinhala and English
- Male candidates are preferred
- Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and qualifications)
