CALL CENTER AGENT

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Make outbound calls for promotions, follow-ups, and surveys
  • Maintain customer records and update information in systems
  • Resolve customer issues or escalate when necessary
  • Achieve daily/weekly call targets

Requirements:

  • GCE O/L or A/L
  • Good verbal communication in Sinhala (English/Tamil an advantage)
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Previous call center experience is an advantage
  • Female candidates are preferred
  • Salary: Salary Negotiable based on experience

CALL CENTER MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the call center team, including scheduling and supervision
  • Monitor call quality, KPIs, and team performance
  • Train and motivate agents to meet targets and improve service
  • Generate performance and activity reports for management
  • Improve call scripts, workflows, and customer engagement processes

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a call center supervisory or management role
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and call center software
  • Good command of Sinhala and English
  • Male candidates are preferred
  • Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and qualifications)
