FOREMAN

Job Role:

The jobholder is responsible for overseeing mechanical operations within the vehicle workshop, ensuring that all repairs and services are completed efficiently, on time, and in accordance with established quality standards. The incumbent will collaborate closely with service advisors and technicians, managing task assignments, monitoring job quality, and providing technical guidance to resolve complex issues.

Job Requirements:

• NVQ Level 4 qualification in Automobile Engineering with at least 4 years of experience in an automobile workshop
• Good understanding of technical diagnostics and service standards
• Ability to lead and supervise a team of technicians
• Possession of a valid commercial vehicle driving license
