ECO Spindle’s technologically advanced facility is Sri Lanka’s first ever yarn manufacturing plant producing recycled polyester and monofilament using PET bottles. We are the world’s first ever Flake to POY facility and proud to acclaim the lowest carbon footprint in yarn manufacturing.

We are looking for self-motivated, dynamic individuals with a high degree of drive, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills to join us at our manufacturing facility at Mawugama, Horana.

Supervisor – Production

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the production process and take necessary measures to achieve production targets.
• Maintain quality standards to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure machine parameters are maintained as required.
• Ensure availability of necessary raw materials and accessories to sustain continuous production without downtime.
• Provide support to the production team as needed and efficiently manage team members.

Basic Qualification and Requirements

• G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification in Science/Mathematics stream.
• Qualified in G.C.E. A/L in Science/Mathematics stream.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing plant is advantageous.
• Age below 35 years.
• Must possess excellent communication skills and computer literacy.
• Preference will be given to male candidates residing in the Horana area.
