KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and service requests
• Conduct regular visits to dealers to ensure product satisfaction and service standards
• Perform tyre fitments and ensure proper installation according to company standards
• Conduct on-site Tyre inspections and assessments
• Test and validate Tyre fitments for performance and safety

QUALIFICATIONS

• Passed out from a recognized technical college with a qualification in a technical-related discipline
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Possession of a valid driving license
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
