ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

A Company involved in Industrial Security & Electronic Security is looking for applications from suitably qualified and experienced professionals for the post of Administration Officer, to ensure an efficient and smooth processing of payroll function within the organization.

  • The ideal candidate should have one or more of the following qualifications and experiences.
  • Candidate should be between 25 to 35 years of age.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in similar capacity.
  • Excellent skill in communication with good command of English language, both written and spoken.
  • Be a dynamic and result oriented individual who enjoy working in a challenging environment.
  • Should knowledge of Microsoft package.

The job role of the selected candidate will consist of the following main responsibilities, and other related responsibilities:

  • Maintain all inventory records and update on time.
  • Administration with all purchase orders /GRN/.
  • Maintain supply management database.
  • Maintain and record update for all company vehicle as well handle other transport issue.
  • Ability to attend day-to-day general administrative function.
