HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
A Group of Companies involved in Industrial Security, Electronic Security & Tourism is looking for exceptional individual with strong and pleasing personality to fill the above vacancy. He/ She should possess sound communication skills in English. Computer literacy is a must. Should be energetic and dynamic with age below 45 years.
Possess a Management or HR degree from a recognized University and/or relevant HR qualifications from a recognized HR Institution.
- A minimum 5 years HR experience (including HR operations)
- Be competent and have a sound knowledge of all relevant local legal guidelines and statutes.
- Be able to multi-task and direct cross function teams
- Be able to develop and manage HR procedures within the organization
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Knowledge and skills in development of Training programmers, Performance appraisal systems and disciplinary procedures
- Be able to manage and perform under stressful conditions
- Have very good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Sinhala
- Have very good integrity and inter-personal skills
- Be able to adjust and adapt to corporate culture and company protocols
- Be able to prepare various documents requested by customers
