Document Controller | Colombo
The Nexo Global is a UAE based management consultancy and compliance firm offering financial tax and advisory services. We are expanding to SL with a new office in Colombo and are seeking skilled professionals to join our team for our operations in UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, organize, and control company documentation with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee administrative tasks including scheduling, resource planning, and office management.
- Supervise the local team and coordinate daily operations to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management.
- Ensure all client documentation is processed and shared correctly and promptly.
- Train staff on document control procedures and maintain quality standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in document control, administration, or a supervisory role.
- Proficient in document management systems and MS Office tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with reporting and office coordination is an added advantage.
