We are now seeking a seasoned Group Finance Controller to oversee and strengthen our financial operations group-wide.
Group Finance Controller
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall finance function across all group companies.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
- Drive process improvements and implement financial controls and systems.
- Consolidate group financial statements and provide strategic insights.
- Manage audits, liaise with external auditors, and ensure timely financial closure.
- Support strategic initiatives including business expansion, exports and investment decisions.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and development to finance team members.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in a group or multi-entity environment, Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field of Group Finance Controller in hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, tax compliance, and financial systems.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Experience in ERP systems implementation and financial automation is a plus.
