Team Leader (Red Meat) | No.5

SAR 4,560 – 8K

  • Must have at least 2 years experience in similar position.
  • Holds a diploma in food technology or a related discipline.

Skilled Meat Worker | No.5

SAR 3,600 – 4,500

  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in modern meat industry.

Meat Worker | No.10

SAR 3,600 – 4,500

  • Manage carcass transfer to chillers and monitor chilling operations.
  • Ensure QA & QC standards are implemented in chilling sections.

Butcher | No.10

SAR 3,600 – 4,500

  • Must have 4 years of experience in the modern meat industry.
  • Ensure proper knife maintenance and sharpen knives regularly.

  • Responsible for fully deboning carcasses and cutting meat into retail cuts, ensuring alignment with specifications.
