We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Executive - Accounts.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Process and record day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable.
Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports as required.
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation, ensuring easy retrieval for audits or reference.
Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and provide support as needed.
Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information.
Qualifications:
Partly qualified in a professional accounting body (CIMA/CA/ACCA/CMA).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
