EXECUTIVE - ACCOUNTS

The Job:

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Executive - Accounts.
  • The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and record day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable.
  • Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports as required.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation, ensuring easy retrieval for audits or reference.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and provide support as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information.

Qualifications:

  • Partly qualified in a professional accounting body (CIMA/CA/ACCA/CMA).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Minimum 1-2 experience in a similar role.
