• Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets.
• Lead and motivate production teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and upper management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Operations Management).
• Proven experience in a production or manufacturing role.
• Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and quality control.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Ability to handle production lines consisting of the latest technology machinery, producing Knit and Woven (Both Bra brief experience is must).
