The Job:
- We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager with specialized experience in BRA (Bra) and Briefs production to ensure that our garments meet the highest standards of quality.
- This role is essential in maintaining our reputation for delivering top-quality apparel to our international clients.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee quality assurance for bra and brief production, from raw materials to finished goods.
- Develop and implement quality control measures for fit, stitching, comfort, durability, and appearance.
- Conduct inspections and testing to meet quality standards.
- Resolve production quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with design, production, and sourcing teams to maintain quality.
- Lead and train quality control inspectors.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Work with suppliers to ensure high-quality materials.
- Prepare quality performance reports and stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Technology, Fashion Design, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, focusing on bra and brief production.
- In-depth knowledge of production processes, materials, fit, and construction for intimate wear.
- Proven experience in managing quality control processes for intimate apparel.
