Operation Manager
Responsibility
- Responsible for the daily Coordination.
- Improvement and execution of all food manufacturing operations.
- Overseeing production, planning, quality control and maintenance.
- Preparing production reports and communicating with upper management regarding production goals and results.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining production schedules and processes to ensure optimum productivity and efficiency, including managing raw material inventory.
Qualification & Skills
- Diploma Or Degree UGC Approval in Operation Management/ Business Administration or related field.
- 5 Years experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing sector.
- Knowledge of Certificates such as ISO, GMP and SLS.
- Excellent Leadership & team management skills.
- Excellent Problem-solving and coordinating skills.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organization skills.
