We are seeking a Business Analyst / Project Coordinator who is passionate about events, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a client-facing and cross-functional role that serves as the key link between our clients and internal production teams.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating client visions and requirements into actionable production plans, coordinating internal teams to ensure smooth execution, and driving successful outcomes for each event. This position calls for a well-organized individual who can balance multiple responsibilities — from attending client briefings and analyzing project needs, to coordinating task assignments and tracking progress across departments.

You will be a core part of the event lifecycle — from pre-production planning to on-ground execution and post-event reporting — making this an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow in the event management and creative industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend client meetings to gather requirements and understand event objectives.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis and document client expectations and deliverables.
• Convert client briefs into internal production plans, timelines, and task lists.
• Coordinate across departments (design, tech, logistics, production) to delegate and follow up on assigned tasks.
• Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure on-time delivery of all project components.
• Maintain clear communication between the client and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct post-event analysis to document learnings and improvement points.
• Identify gaps and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Prepare reports, presentations, budgets, and schedules using Microsoft Office tools.
• Conduct research to support proposal development, vendor sourcing, and trend analysis.
