“We are an Airline with a multicultural work force located in the scenic seas of the Maldives. We are looking for a suitably qualified individual to join our team as an “Officer – Customer Services”

The Ideal Candidate Should Have:

  • Minimum GCE O’Level qualification with an excellent command of English
  • Certificate level qualification in Hospitality/tourism is an added advantage
  • A positive & outgoing personality with good customer etiquette

The Job Includes:

  • Welcome, direct & check-in guests as they arrive at the passenger terminals & check-in counters.
  • Provide passengers with information on their flights, departure and arrival times.
  • Report any delays related to passengers/flights to the flight coordinators.
  • Assist guests with their inquiries & provide assistance.
