THE ROLE

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients.
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships.
- Understand client objectives and translate them into clear briefs for internal teams.
- Coordinate with creative, digital, media, and analytics departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage campaign timelines, scopes, and budgets.
- Present updates, reports, and performance metrics.
- Identify growth opportunities and propose relevant marketing solutions.
- Collect client feedback and share actionable insights internally.
- Support in preparing proposals and presentations.
- Maintain updated records and documentation for projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing role within an agency or high-paced marketing environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, project management software, and digital marketing platforms.

MONTHLY SALARY
LKR 100,000 - 150,000 + Incentives + Other Benefits (Commensurate with experience and skill set)
