MANAGER - HEAD OF BRANCH
Galle/Matale/Elpitiya/Kaduruwela
Your Key Responsibilities
- Increase the branch profitability by achieving individual and team targets on leasing, fixed deposits, and gold loan products
- Identify and attract potential customers to enhance the quality of client portfolios by maintaining strong and healthy relationships
- Organize promotional campaigns and other customer engagement events for business growth
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Maintain the company products' NPL ratios within the company accepted norms
- Drive the collection function of the branch
- Handling all operational and administrative activities of the branch and comply with regulatory framework
Ideal Candidate Should Have
- Minimum 3 years’ experience at managerial level or Asst. Managerial and more than 7 years' experience at executive level in the financial services industry
- Full/part qualification in Sales & Marketing / Credit management or business administration
- Good written and spoken language proficiency in English and Sinhala
- Excellent computer literacy
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
