Key Responsibility:
- Developing Sales Strategies: Creating plans to meet sales targets and expand market reach.
- Managing the Sales Team: Hiring, training, motivating, and evaluating sales representatives.
- Setting Goals & Targets: Defining clear, achievable sales objectives for the team.
- Monitoring Sales Performance: Analyzing sales data, tracking KPIs, and making data-driven decisions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
- Forecasting & Budgeting: Predicting future sales trends and managing budgets effectively.
- Collaborating with Other Departments: Working closely with marketing, finance, and product teams to align strategies.
- Ensuring Compliance: Adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
- Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution: Addressing customer complaints and resolving team issues.
- Leveraging Technology: Utilizing technology to enhance sales processes.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in electric home of appliances.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and team motivation abilities.
- Excellent verbal, written, communication, presentation and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Ability to train others on our platform and sales methods.
- Competent technical knowledge in computer, data and mobile.
- Knowledge of market analysis and trend identification.
- Male candidates preferred, aged below 40.
