Executive – Marketing Technology & Digital Experience
What you need to do
- Translate business requirements and challenges into actionable marketing technology solutions by scoping and leading initiatives from concept to deployment.
- Support omnichannel campaigns by ensuring alignment and integration between offline and online customer touchpoints.
- Drive the integration and optimization of marketing technologies to enhance customer engagement.
- Implement and manage tools and platforms such as CRM, marketing automation, and analytics software.
- Define system workflows and create technical blueprints or architecture as needed. Lead or support new configurations and changes with the current or future Marketing Technology Stack.
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan, schedule, and execute weekly campaign dispatches across various digital channels.
- Ensure timely and accurate data gathering in preparation for digital communications.
- Analyze customer data to deliver personalized marketing initiatives and insights.
- Monitor key performance metrics across digital platforms and customer campaigns.
- Leverage insights and analytics to optimize marketing strategies and maximize ROI.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across channels including SMS, Facebook, Email, Viber, etc., ensuring compliance with campaign checklists and standards.
- Create and review content for campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives, brand guidelines, and customer expectations.
- Monitor campaign performance and make necessary system/configuration adjustments.
- Conduct periodic system checks and escalate issues as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
What we are looking for
- A Degree in Digital Marketing or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Prior experience in Digital Communications, with exposure to roles such as Business Analyst or Marketing Automation Specialist.
- Proficiency in using technology platforms for communication dispatch will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation tools such as Email Marketing platforms, CRM systems, Analytics platforms, and Digital Advertising tools.
- Solid understanding of Marketing Technology; a tech-savvy mindset will be a strong asset.
- Proven experience in managing marketing technology systems, including but not limited to email automation tools, CRMs, analytics platforms, and performance marketing systems.
- Experience in handling social media and executing performance marketing campaigns is a plus.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to develop effective and engaging content tailored to various digital channels.
