Executive - Information Technology
Location: Wathupitiwela FTZ
As the IT Executive you will be responsible for in house hardware and software maintenance to ensure smooth operation of systems. You will be joining a team of experienced IT professionals and will pave your way for a mutually beneficial career.
Key Job Functions:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, printers, and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Providing technical support across the company
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Perform and monitor daily backups
The Candidate Profile:
- Diploma in Information Technology from recognized Institute
- Having knowledge and experience in Hardware Trouble shooting will be an added advantage
- Experience on networking and troubleshooting
- Minimum 1 year working experience in similar capacity
