Requirements & Qualifications:
- Successful completion of GCE O/L & A/L Examinations.
- Proficiency in communication skills in Sinhala and English.
- Proficiency in Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer literacy.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Availability to effectively manage roster-based working hours, including weekends.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Patience and professionalism under pressure.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
