Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, Social media
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Follow up on customer interactions and ensure complete resolution

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage
  • Good command of English (Sinhala/Tamil is a plus)
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, CRM tools)
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
