Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, Social media
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up on customer interactions and ensure complete resolution
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage
- Good command of English (Sinhala/Tamil is a plus)
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, CRM tools)
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
