TRAINEE / EXECUTIVE OPERATIONS
(DAY SHIFT)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct calls to insurance companies to verify patient insurance coverage.
- Gather detailed information on patient insurance benefits.
- Accurately document call notes in the practice management system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and accurate operations.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 1–2 years of work experience in the BPO industry preferred.
- Prior experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is an added advantage.
- Excellent command of English in both written and spoken forms.
- Flexibility to work according to US times and calendar.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
