EXECUTIVE - FINANCE

JOB PROFILE

  • Process and manage petty cash reimbursements of showroom channel
  • Prepare and coordinate monthly rent payments of showroom channel
  • Arrange Utility payments of showroom channel
  • Coordinate and arrange customer refund payments of showroom channel
  • Arrange payments for field claims
  • Monthly reconciliation of GL Accounts allocated by Manager – Finance

REQUIREMENTS

  • Partly qualification in ICASL, CMA or AAT
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in a Commercial Sector
  • Adequate knowledge of double entries and applicable accounting standards
  • Must be Computer literate in MS Office package (MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook)
  • Good communication skills in both English and Sinhala, both oral and written
  • Should be a self-motivator who can work with minimum supervision and ability to work in a flexy working environment
  • Should be a person who has a can-do attitude and positive mind
  • Should be able to work with multiple operative functions to support the entire team
