EXECUTIVE - FINANCE
JOB PROFILE
- Process and manage petty cash reimbursements of showroom channel
- Prepare and coordinate monthly rent payments of showroom channel
- Arrange Utility payments of showroom channel
- Coordinate and arrange customer refund payments of showroom channel
- Arrange payments for field claims
- Monthly reconciliation of GL Accounts allocated by Manager – Finance
REQUIREMENTS
- Partly qualification in ICASL, CMA or AAT
- Minimum 1 year working experience in a Commercial Sector
- Adequate knowledge of double entries and applicable accounting standards
- Must be Computer literate in MS Office package (MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook)
- Good communication skills in both English and Sinhala, both oral and written
- Should be a self-motivator who can work with minimum supervision and ability to work in a flexy working environment
- Should be a person who has a can-do attitude and positive mind
- Should be able to work with multiple operative functions to support the entire team
