Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Willing to handle all company correspondence & maintenance of correspondence files
  • Be responsible for billing and maintenance of accounting records of the company
  • Willing to visit various Government/Regulatory authorities as required by the company
  • Cashiering, banking and updating of system
  • Handling day to day payment tasks and monitoring company payables
  • Ability to multitask and work independently

Requirement:

  • Age between 25 – 38 years
  • Full qualification of AAT or CMA, CA part qualification
  • Should have minimum 2 years experience
  • Previous experience in auto-mobile industry and experience in stock maintaining would be an added advantage
  • Having knowledge about accounting packages (quick book will be a definite advantage)
  • Be proficient in Ms word, Ms Excel, and email communications
  • Good Communications Skills: attention to details and ability to work in multi – disciplinary team setting
  • Working days 5 & ½ days per week (Saturday half day)
