Executive - Procurement

The individual will assist the supply chain to ensure uninterrupted flow of materials and services that would cater to the demand plans and will be on the constant lookout to support the supply plan while optimizing stock levels & satisfying customer requirements.

The job holder will also be accountable for;

• Generate and meet targeted savings through cost reduction initiatives.
• Ensure supply based on the agreed SLA or OTIF targets.
• Meeting OTIF and SLA, Procurement compliance, PO creation, SAP system housekeeping.
• Assist on the execution of procurement strategies.
• Closely liaise with internal and external stakeholders in terms of procurement coordination activities.

Incumbent will report to Manager - Procurement (Indirect) and play a pivotal role in establishing an effective supply network & planning strategy to ensure proper product availability and collaborate across the supply chain to deliver sustainable competitive advantage.

Who We Want

• Holder of a BSc. in Supply Chain Material Management, Engineering, Statistics, or a related qualification.
• 1 - 2 years of procurement experience in a similar capacity and having procurement exposure to Marketing materials and services will be an added advantage.
