AFTER SALES EXECUTIVE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess three-wheeler issues and determine warranty eligibility.
- Communicate with customers about warranty policies and repair costs.
- Coordinate warranty claims and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for electric three-wheelers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and feedback.
- Monitor dealer workshop compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and warranty teams for issue resolution.
- Prepare reports on after-sales activities and customer feedback.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong knowledge of electric passenger and carrier three-wheelers and their technical systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Experience in after-sales or technical support (automotive/electric vehicle industry preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
