MECHANICAL FOREMAN - GALLE

JOB PROFILE

Selected candidate will be responsible to Supervise and oversees the maintenance of the Palm Oil Mill machinery, equipment and auxiliary system, and ensure the team is working safely, efficiently, and in compliance with the appropriate industry standards. In this role, he/she will be responsible for training and mentoring staff, creating work schedules, providing technical assistance, and troubleshooting system issues whilst coordinating the daily work activities of the maintenance team and implementing maintenance procedures.

PERSONAL PROFILE

• Should pass GCE A/L Examination.
• NVQ Level – 5 qualifications from the relevant field or equivalent. (Mechanical/Welding fitting/Millwright/Mechatronics)
• 8 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Sound technical skills.
• Ability to work as a team.
• Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
