Invoicing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and generate accurate invoices based on client contracts, purchase orders, or delivery schedules
  • Track and manage outstanding invoices, ensuring timely follow-up on overdue payments
  • Handle client inquiries regarding invoices and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain organized records of all invoicing documents for auditing and reference purposes
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, Tele Communication, Credit) to ensure invoicing accuracy
  • Review and verify client billing information, resolving any discrepancies or issues promptly

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an invoicing or accounts receivable role (2–3 years)
  • Strong understanding of billing systems and accounting software
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or similar software
