Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR systems in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Oversee administrative functions including office management, supplies procurement, and facility maintenance.
- Ensure a smooth flow of internal communications and foster a positive work environment.
- Prepare HR and administrative reports for senior management as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the real estate, construction, or corporate sector.
- Sound knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
