Delmege Building Products, a key division of the Delmege Group, is a market leader in delivering high-quality electrical, lighting, bathware, water heaters, geysers, pipes and fittings solutions to Sri Lanka’s construction and retail sectors. As we continue to expand our island-wide sales network, we are on the lookout for ambitious, results-driven professionals to join our growing team as Sales Executives.

SALES EXECUTIVE – HARDWARE & BATHWARE

(AREAS: COLOMBO, HAMBA TOTA, BADULLA, JAFFNA, VAVUNIYA, BATTICALOA)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hardware retailers, contractors and builders.
  • Promote and sell our range of electrical and bathware products.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market reach.

SALES EXECUTIVE – LED LIGHTS

(AREAS: COLOMBO, GAMPAHA, KURUNEGALA, SOUTHERN)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales through targeted B2B and retail channels.
  • Educate clients on the energy efficiency and performance benefits of Delmege LED lighting.
  • Grow customer base and build long-term partnerships.

Ideal Candidates Should Possess:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the electrical, lighting, bathware, water heaters, geysers, pipes and fittings industry.
  • Any qualification related to sales & marketing would be a definite advantage.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about fieldwork.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
