Demand Planner
We seek a dynamic and analytical Demand Planner to join our Team at Rocell Bathware Limited. This role is critical in driving the successful implementation of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Process, ensuring accurate demand forecasting, and aligning cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales and Operations Planning Process within Rocell Bathware Sector, facilitating monthly planning meetings with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain team.
- Develop accurate monthly and weekly demand forecasts for bathware SKUs using historical data, market trends, and sales insights.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing team to incorporate promotional activities and new product launches in the demand forecast.
- Interface with the supply planning team to identify the supply constraints and to take informed action to eliminate future constraints based on capacity, lead times, and raw material availability.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of finished goods to cater the customer orders on time in full.
- Reduce obsolete and slow-moving stock through accurate demand analysis.
- Prepare regular demand planning KPIs and inventory performance reports for management review.
- Provide recommendations for demand-related challenges, such as stock-outs or excess inventory.
Key Requirements:
- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in demand planning, preferably in manufacturing or consumer goods.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across departments.
- Familiarity with demand planning tools and ERP systems.
