And now, we’re looking for a female Digital Marketing Associate/Executive to join our dynamic, purpose-driven team!

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Create Magic: Design stunning, on-brand graphics using Canva and other tools to captivate our audience.
- Drive Engagement: Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) with fresh, engaging content.
- Tell Our Story: Craft compelling copy for posts, ads, and email newsletters that build community and drive action.
- Measure & Improve: Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and recommend creative ideas to enhance campaigns.
- Collaborate Creatively: Work closely with our content, teaching, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and impactful campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
- A female digital marketing enthusiast who’s passionate about education and empowerment.
- Experience in social media management, content creation, or campaign execution.
- Strong design skills using Canva (or similar platforms) and a good eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills and creative storytelling ability.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to meet deadlines and think outside the box.
- An interest in the education sector and a heart for helping others succeed.
