Hiring Receptionist

Harith engineering & company pvt ltd, a reputable name in the engineering sector based in maharagama, is currently seeking a dynamic and well-presented Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our growing company:

About the Role:

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, guests, and callers. We are looking for a confident, polite, and organized individual under the age of 25 who can handle front-desk responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering and directing incoming phone calls
• Welcoming and assisting visitors
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Maintaining records and organizing front desk operations
• Handling office supply inventory and reorder

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is an advantage
