Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the Coir Industry, including 2 years experience in Supervisory/Executive position
• Knowledge of production and quality control
• Strong leadership skill with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent PR skill and communication skill
• Male candidates age below 40 years
