Vacancy for the position of
Trainee Warehouse Assistant
Singer (Sri Lanka) PLC operates with the vision to be the market leader in elevating and enriching lives in Sri Lanka. The position holder will be responsible for keeping accurate records of inventory levels, implementing efficient logistic processes and maintaining clean, organized and safe environment. He/she will be placed at our Washing Machine manufacturing facility at Panadura.
Personal Profile
- Minimum 01 years of experience in a similar role.
- Diploma in Supply chain and Logistic Management or equivalent.
- Advanced Computer literacy.
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
- High level of energy with strong customer service skills.
- Helpful and courteous approach to resolving issues.
- Hands on experience in ERPs (IFS/SAP/Oracle) would be an added advantage.
Job Profile
- Systemizing department Materials Requisition Notes
- Sub-contractor inventory analysis as against the ERP balances
- Local / Import GRN raising and posting to the system
- Finished Goods debiting and stock analyzing/Billing preparations
- Advice Of Dispatches raising and systemizing
- Finished Goods/Raw materials cycle counting reconciliations and API handling
- Spare Parts debiting process and Billing preparations
- Monitor materials transactions
- Department wise Documents filing and maintaining with serial sequences.
