This vacancy exists at HNB Securities Limited - a Central Bank appointed Primary Dealer for Government Debt which is actively involved in the distribution and trading of Treasury Bills, Bonds, Repurchase Agreements and listed Corporate Debt.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Join us as Coordinating Secretary and become an integral part of our team by providing high-level administrative support to senior management. In this dynamic role, you will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing secretarial and administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, meeting planning, and document preparation.
  • Acting as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, handling communications.
  • Managing travel arrangements, itineraries, and event planning when required.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Ensuring the CEO’s office operates efficiently by organizing files and maintaining records accurately.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a similar administrative or secretarial capacity.
  • Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • High level of proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
