Personal Secretary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Secretary to provide executive-level support to top management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to multi-task efficiently.

LOCATION: Nawala / Borella (FULL-TIME POSITION)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and documentation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Secretary or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Fluent in English and Sinhala.
