ASSISTANT MANAGER
CUSTOMER SERVICE & OPERATION
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Technical Certificate in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive service operations.
- Workshop management training/certifications are an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficient in service management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Thorough understanding of automotive safety standards and compliance regulations.
- Ability to manage customers and service advisors while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.
- Holding a valid driving license is mandatory.
