ASSISTANT MANAGER – HR & ADMIN

REQUIREMENTS

Qualification / Experience / Knowledge / Skills:

  • A degree in HRM or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institute.
  • More than 3 years’ work experience in a similar capacity / Human resources work.
  • Excellent knowledge over SL statutory law and act(s).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be self-motivated, strong leadership skills, team-oriented, goal-oriented, strong attention to detail and ability to make strong decisions.
  • Be process oriented and have strong self-discipline, leading by example to the team.
