ASSISTANT MANAGER-HR (MALABE)

FOR OUR CLIENT!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise all work related to non-academic recruitment & selection, ensuring timely and effective execution
  • Manage the staff onboarding process to facilitate a smooth and efficient integration into the organization
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on various HR related matters, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to address employee concerns, recruitment needs, and compliance issues
  • Initiate and execute HR projects to support organizational goals
  • Supervise activities related to the administration of staff medical insurance schemes
  • Ensure the timely submission of HR reports and perform other HR Operations-related tasks as assigned

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Degree in Human Resources Management from a recognized University/ Institution
  • Minimum of 6 years of work experience in handling similar functions, including at least 2 years of managerial experience
  • Thorough knowledge of the labour laws of Sri Lanka
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
